My brother(aged 45) expired in 2014 and he was working as Clerk (Govt Job) in Civil court in Haryana and his date of retirement is in year 2026. After his death, my bhabhi is getting benefits as per Haryana Govt. policy. As per policy, she is getting salary without HRA approx. 22000 p/m. Now 7th pay scale is implemented in every department even for pentioners. But, there is no hike in the amount my bhabhi is getting. When she contacted the respective office from which she is getting all other benefits, she was refused to implement 7th pay scale to what she is getting according to 6th pay scale stating that it is applicable only for those who died after 01-01-2016, as the 7th pay scale is effective from that date.
please guide in this matter so that she will get benefit of 7th pay scale.
