Its superstition . What logic In USA ,china, Canada,their life are long like 70 to 90 years as because of many reason like environment,healthy food ,water etc. Now,question arises why indian women recently dont wear saree? like they dont wont to follow Indian tradition and follow western countries.

How can Saree be the only Indian outfit for women?  In Punjab it is salwar Kameez which is most popular and respected dress, In North Eastern India, it is a wrap around skirt sort of dress( in some places it is called Phonik)? So when we talk about India, it is a bit complicated. 

Are all men remain clad in Dhoti for that matter?
