God, whosoever & wheresoever, has given us mind to think the justification to find the right ways.

We should behave like mindful human being and use our mind to think justified life.

It is not so difficult to listen the order of our mind as it is just humanly nature in all of us.

Is Human being of two different types such as; Male Human Being and Female Human Being?  Which one is superior and which one is inferior?  If so, what are the things which makes one "superior" and other "inferior"?   BOTH ARE SAME.

The bitter truth is that we are not civilised like mindful human beings which differs us from the animals.  We still are animal the only difference is we wear cloths.  We are also living in jungle-raaj where the physically powerful animals dominates the weaker.  Similarly the man dominates the woman just due to physical powers.

Animals are better as they are honest with their nature.  Human only uses the mind to dominate others and makes such conspiracies like "Karrva-Chouth" to have control over other human being.

Is this not the religion which transform Human Beings into animals?  And instead of helping the human being to become more mindful restricts them from using the mind?  IT IS “BLIND FAITH”.

NONE IS FORCING TO ANYONE AND IT IS THE MATTER OF OWN CHOICE WHETHER TO USE OWN MIND OR FOLLOW “BLIND FAITH”.

The Constitution of India provides equal fundamental rights and equal citizens rights to women also as this is the only religious book of humanity.

India women should come up with the help of their constitutional rights and say "NO" to all types of so called religious marriage which makes them a second human being, a second citizen, a follower of mindless Pati Parmeshwar who uses their physical powers to dominate them and behave like animals.

Just go to State Registrar for registered marriage under bondage of constitutional conditions and if they do not fulfill their part as an equal life partner just treat them by a simple notice and kick out them with their unseen tail & horns.

Nothing good is done without treat punish.

The live in relation is one step toward it.  And now the state is also making rules to provide support to weaker.

No one has justified answer (like mindful human being) of this simple query and claiming that they are learned.

Coming to the Saree question again

Sarees are very inconvenient when women are driving their  scooters

Vey inconvinient while travelling in the bus and cycling: The pallo becomes fansi ka fanda

Almost impossible while wearing Saree to show a trick or two of martial arts to those who are out to eve tease or s*xually harass them

It would not let women run fast to reach a place of safety or in disaster situation like floods and Tsunamis not to lose time to rescue oneself( the speed of walking , running is much more when one is in pants, tracks  or shorts than in Sarees)

Saree would not let women climb up on trees so easily in the times of emergencies like floods and Tsunamis.

No pockets in Sarees so women have to carry what is called ladies bag

Pants with big pockets with Zips are very convenient for women and girl children for biological reasons. School going girls benefits from them as they can keep their sanitary ware on specific days in the pockets and do not have to feel embarrassed to fish them out from their bag , especially when a school is a co educational one. one can stuff so many things in Pockets, and one need to carry all the time what is called ladies bag.

Hence my prediction is that Sarees would fade away slowly and would be worn only for its traditional value for some social occasions in the time to come!

The destructive nature of Sarees are well documented in the Tsunami affected areas: Saree had almost become a death trap for women.

sarees are a beautiful dress...but wearing them is so difficult.i dont know which fool invented this complicated dress....either design ready made sarees in market so that they are worn just like a frock.

if an adult girl doesnt know how to wear them...people react as if it's a grave mistake by her:(

if learning to wear a saree is such a big requirement esp for a newly wed...ask men to also wear traditional indian dress,ie,dhoti kurta.why shud they wear dresses introduced by britishers?its slavery.

let them go to work in dhoti kurta.

let all our police offiecers, army jawans, etc fight our enemies in dhoti kurta.

let lawyers argue cases in dhoti kurta.let judges hear cases in dhoti kurta.

even when men go to a discotheque, they shud dance to western music in dhoti kurta.

then saree is fine....

PROBLEM OF WEARING SHAREES CAN BE OVERCOME BY ADOPTING THE STYLE OF CLASICAL DANCERS.

THOUGH THEY WERE SHAREE BUT IT IS STICHED LIKE SALWARE SUIT.

YOUNG LADIES MAY ADOPT THIS STYLE TO OVERCOME THE INCONVINIENCES.

arup jee if u feel that i wrote this to prolong the thread, why did u add an additional post?

btw,do u understand there's something called humour?

YES,  LAWYERS AND JUDGES HAVE MANY IMPORTENT WORK OTHER THAN dhoti kurta and lungi

The real thing for me is that i dont wear dhoti kurta and lungi so i cannot say to women that you should wear saree

Ok,if we wear dhoti kurta and lungi and saree we look like this;

first is the method for men for wearing lungi and let women say how to wear saree

What is "Karva Chauth" ?

Karva Chauth is a fast undertaken by married Hindu women who offer prayers seeking the welfare, prosperity, well-being, and longevity of their husbands. Karva Chauth falls about nine days before diwali on the Kartik ki Chauth some time in October or November. It is the most important fast observed by the women of North India. A woman keeps such a fast for the well-being of her husband, who becomes her protector after she leaves her parents home. Her husband provides her with food, shelter, clothing, respectability, comfort and happiness. This is indeed a very tough fast to observe as it starts before sunrise and ends after worshipping the moon, which usually rises at about 8.45 p.m. No food or water is to be taken after 4 a.m. or after sunrise. Nowadays, this fast is kept even in modern educated homes, becoming a symbol of the sentiment that a woman has for her husband.     A sari (in the baya) is a must for the first Karva Chauth of a girl. One thing to be taken care of is that the baya reaches the girl's in-laws home, where the girl has gone during the course of the day, before the evening. The baya is given to the mother-in-law after the manasna. If the mother-in-law is not present, then the eldest lady in the house is presented with the baya. Sometimes, the elder one chooses to take only the perishable items, and leaves cash and clothes for the mother-in-law. The preparation for the puja should be started at about 4 or 5 p.m. Someone older, who is willing, or the housewife herself as the situation demands, prepares a suitable place in the puja room, in case it is a big room which can accommodate all the women who have been invited for the baya; otherwise the best place is a verandah or the open courtyard, since generally the weather is not cold during this season. The puja place is decorated with kharia matti, which has been soaked in water two to three hours earlier, and takes a semi-liquid form. A chowk like in any other puja - is decorated on the floor. This whole chowk should be placed against a wall on one side, where a similarly decorated patta is kept, on which the Gaur Mata is seated. The Gaur Mata used to be made with cowdung in the shape of a human figure, just about two inches tall. Nowadays, a picture or an idol of Parvati is placed on the patta.'just about an hour or so before moonrise, those who have observed the vrat, dress up again in their chunris or in red or pink clothes with chonp and bindi on their foreheads. Everyone now gathers around the place where a carpet or durrie is spread over the leaving space for the puja items. The baya of individual is kept on a thaali, over the karva, with a little water and seven pieces of pua in it (seven broken from one bigpua). The karva itself is dee with kharia, aipun and a little roli..A strand of (red thread) of any thickness is tied around the part of the karva. The top cover is also decorated in the thaali is placed on the cover. The women sit facing the and one elder member (there is no taboo on widow the family narrates the story and does the chanting , each woman doing the puja. This is known as man which means to give away and never take back. First of all, roll teeka is applied on the forehead of Gaur before the start of the puja. All the women doing puja also apply roli teeka on their foreheads and parting (known as maang). Everyone does pujan by dipping the third finger of the right hand in water sprinkling it with the help of the thumb three time the deity; the same procedure has to be repeated aipun and roli and, lastly, the rice is showered. depicts the bathing of the deity, decoration with a putting of the teeka with roli and, lastly, worship the deity with rice.
