AB

Hi,

I am hit by a 498a etc. by my wife against me & my family members- mother, brother, sister. She filed an FIR at her home town, Moradabaad, UP, which is also my home towm too. Currently I am living at Noida, UP, as I am working here. My family members are currently living at my home town, Moradabaad.

My question is- If I take Anticipatory Bail from Noida for all of my family members including me, will it work at Moradabaad too? I mean will it be able to prevent police from arresting my family members at Moradabaad? OR I have to apply for AB at Mordabaad only for my family members?

Please help.

there is no AB in UP as of now. u need to approach HC at Allahabad for getting arrest stay. even otherwise if FIR is at moradabad, taking AB at Noida is of no use.

So my only doubt was whether AB from NOIDA will work at Moradabaad?
