I have a case filed in Gurgaon consumer court and have attended all hearings till date. Unfortunately, I wont be able to attend the upcoming hearing on 12th Feb, Fri due to some family issues and none of my friends are available as well to appear on my behalf.
I am now plannign to hire a lawyer as I am moving out of Gurgaon but what are the likely consequences for this absenteeism first time?
the case is at a stage where evidences have been concluded from both parties and verbal argument started in the last hearing.
