Abusive language

Hi there

Yesterday night I called up Vodafone Customer Care for sorting out some query. But, the customer care representative sounded drunk and started using very abusive and foul language to which I resisted, but was of no use. I made a recording of the conversation, because of which I was threatned by that representative for not making it public. It really was very shocking experience for me. Please guide me as how to file a case against them and where?

Hoping for a quick reply

Let your lawyer listen to recording. Your lawyer may opine that you can approach police,DCDRF, Criminal court, civil court for suit with damages..................................

Can I go directly to consumer court as the conversation was very abusive and insulting and being a student, I may not be able to hire a lawyer.
