Update for all, we got a clear acquittal in 498a! As a bonus, my perjury has been allowed and a complaint will be filed against the 'perjurer's. A one line summary is that the case boomeranged totally against the opposite party.
This has been possible due to many factors, and one of them is clearly the moral support and guidance provided by other victims of the system and by the many professional lawyers on this site. The members here are doing a very noble service to others. All the help I received, directly or indirectly is highly highly appreciated ! Pls keep up the good work.
