The Advocate commissioner submits a report which is false and doest not reflect the actual position.
The advocate commissioner was appointed to submit a report after verifying the physical measurements and features of a property in the suburban area of chennai in property dispute.
The repoert submitted doesnt reflect the ground situation. my request is what legal options are avilable to me to proceed against the Advocate commissioner for submitting a report which is a blatant lie.
