Dear Sir,

in case where a monetary value can be fixed in the suit, the Bar Council reccomends 7% of the amount as fee. But the fee is the prerogative of theadvocate and no other person can dictate it. The council's directive is an ideal position. Lawyers charge according to the difficulty of the case and the amount of years it will cost them to run it out.

There   is    no  fixed    Fee   Rules   for   the   Advocate.   It   is   only   the   negotiations    between  the  Party    &  the  Pleader.
