Fees is paid out of activity carried out or to be carried out on every hearing dates. Pending cases also requires some or an activity. You have every right to ask your Advocate about the purpose of fees/activity. There is no straight cut jacket formula on charging fees!

1. Advocate Fees is mutually decided by Advocate & Client, depending on the terms & conditions of his appearances that may be required in the matter.
