My question is that can a person more than 30years of age take admission in LL.B.

what is the status today three years back some body had filed an case against it i the bombay High Court. is it decided yet? please let me kmow as i am thinking of joining the LLB next year and am 40.

Pointwise reply to your querries:

1. There are some colleges which are recognised by BCI, check out if your cllege is in this list, if yes, file a suit against your college.

2. You can appear before the court on behalf of  client , if you hold the valid licence of practice, however, you can appear for your case without any licence.
