Age limit for 5 years integrated law

SIR,

My friend is born on August 1992, can he get admitted in any law college in 2013 for 5 years integrated law?

If he can't, then please suggest some colleges for 3 years llb, he will join some other bachelor course this year otherwise. Will there still be any 3 years LLB course 3 years ahead from now or all 3 years courses wiil be done away with by then? Please help.

There is no age limit for student to get admission for 5 years integrated law. At any age of Life you can do it.

Mostly, You can do 5 years law after doing 12th or degree.

5 years LLB Degree course is for the students passed only HSC from any discipline. A Bachelor's Degree holder from any stream did not require to do 5 years law course however he can get admission in 3 years degree course of LLB. There is no such age limit for getting admission in LLB course as rightly said by Pawar Sir.

actually i had seen in this link https://www.barcouncilofindia.org/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/BCIRulesPartIV.pdf this following part

" 28. Age on admission: (a) Subject to the condition stipulated by a University on

this behalf and the high degree of professional commitment required, the

maximum age for seeking admission into a stream of integrated Bachelor of law

degree program, is limited to twenty years in case of general category of

applicants and to twenty two years in case of applicants from SC, ST and other

Backward communities."

Can you please explain what does this mean, i am in utter confusion.

PLEASE HELP
