Is agreement mention the date on which agreement was executed between the parties? If there is date of execution then the same shall be treated as date of excution otherwise it would be last date when the agreement was finally signed by either party. You may consult Indian Contract Act.

Time is the essence of any agreement or contract.. If no date of execution, then Date of final signature of either parties.
