I am a member of Rajiv Swagruha Association - Aaramba town ship chandanager division. wide Sl.no.244 on dated October 2009 member ship.
My scheme Appl No.:3769 wide LOT.No.304, Emerald Sector E1-206 flat allocated later cancelled by management of rajiv swagruha chandanager on 21.11.2011.
Initial cost of Flat : 10,30,000 (ten lacs thirty thousand only) and made magin amount of Rs. 2,57,000=00 and both committed and made third party agreement bassed on that issued housing loan amount: 7,13,000=00 on or before august 2008 started EMIs RS.7,362=00 P/M and total amount paid to the corporation i.e.9,21,500=00 only. since 2008 to till date i could not have occupancy of particular flat 2BH.
Later on increased Escalation cost : 1,90,000 ( one lac ninety thousand only) = Total cost 12.20 lacs.
then we approached Hon'ble High court and judgement came on 28.02.2012 we made/adjusted amout to corporation is 11,25,000=00 ( Eleven lacs twenty five thousand only) even though corporation refused to give occupancy.
and then corporation approach to supreme for SLP against to Hon'ble High Court orders. in between corporation has cancelled my allotment and same falt sold to others on 14,00,000=00 (fourteen lacs).
Present corporation has send a note to me on settlement of bank loan of 6,35,000=00 only remaining amount how to reimburse to me.
so i want to clear my amount as per hon'ble High court order on 28.02.2012 point no.28 settlement with interest of full payment other wise my EE1-206 flat will be back.
Please guide me what to do. i want justise.
