Amendment to text of main petition Vs subsequent changes

How and when the amendment to already submitted petition is alllowed?

Valid grounds to allow and under what laws?

Under what laws can be protested ?

Time period to allow ?

Can it be contested that the petition is not maintainable; so not allowed?

yes it can be opposed ...if there is much delay as to ammendment thn one can oppose if it affects rights of defendant. but most of the time amendment are allowed.
