Can a Bye law of a society of owners of a 25 flats apts at Hyderabad can allow spouse of a owner to become a member and be elected as an office bearer ?
Can a resolution be adopted to ammend that bye law to include spouse as well as parents of the owner to be eligible as a member and to be elected as an office bearer?
Can a member casts his/her vote when his flat is rented through proxi ( and not through postal ballot in a sealed cover) during election of office bearers( only owners are allowed to participate in any of the meeting including general body meetings of the apts welfare association)?
Can one person acts as proxi to several owners whose flats are on rent to cast their vote during the election of the office bearers.
