Dear prof S.C. Pratihar Ji,
The citation you are searching under section 319 CrPc, I presumed is the case of Sohan Lal vs State of Rajasthan decided by K.N.Sakia and Ramasawamy, JJ, as reported in AIR 1990 SC 2158. In this classic case the court had discussed the various provisions of CRPC and the law commission 41st Report.Another equally important case was decided by S.R.Pandian and M.S.Fathima Beevi,JJ in the case of State of Assam Vs Abdul Halim as reported in AIR 1992 SC 2068. Please intimate me if the two cases are the one you are searching for it.
