Ancestor property

Sir/Madam. We are two brothers & one sister. My Father was died in 2011. My mother has died recently. My parents have not issued any WILL or written documents for property division. We have a one roof owned house of my father & mother. My mother has some ornament in bank locker. She has some FD & an agricultural land of her name in Murshidabad. Now my elder sister demands 10 lakhs for property. How can we distribute the whole property equally? If we give my sister demanding money is she will claim again in future? Pls advice me
