Ancestral property

Father received ancestral property and business interrests from his forefathers on division. We are two surviving brothers along with wives. All our sisters are married. Father expired 20 yrs before. Mother passed away recently. Brother is looking after the family business. Father had transferred the ancestral house in the name of our mother a long time back with no knowledge to me and no division ever took place in my father's family i.e. father, mother, sisters and we two brothers. After my mother,s death I came to know that my mother has willed the said ancestral house in the sole name of my younger brother. Are the actions of my father and mother legal with regard to transfer of ancestral property. How do I get my share of the property since ours is a HUF. I am an ex armed forces retired personnel. Please advise.
