Ancestral property transfer.

Hi,

We have a property which is 100 years old and it was on my grand father name.

We dont have registration documents for it, However we are paying house tax, water tax in my grandfathers name since 70 years.

My Father is the only son for my grand father and I am only son for my father.

My father is willing to  write this property into my name.Is there any possiblity to get documents documents into my name.

Once i get this property documents into my name i want to apply for house loan to construct House.

Can you please kindly provide the procedure to get the documents into my name?

Thanking you!

dear mr.ravi verma

IF YOUR GRANDFATHER IS NOT ALIVE, THEN YOUR FATHER SHOULD HAVE TRANSFERED THE PROPERTIES INTO HIS NAME BY GIVING A SUITABLE LETTER TO THE THASILDAR AND SUBMITTING THE DEATH CERTIFICATE, LEGAL HEIR CERTIFICATE REQUESTING THEREIN TO TRANSFER THE PROPERTIES IN YOUR FATHERS NAME AND ALSO TO SUB-DIVIDE THE PROPERTY .ONCE THE PROPERTY IS TRANSFEREED IN YOUR FATHERS NAME, THEN THERE IS NO HURDLE IN YOUR FATHER   TRANSFERING  INTO YOUR NAME.

EVEN NOW YOU CAN SUBMIT THE CHITTA EXTRACT, ENCUMBERANCE CERTIFICATE , TAX RECEIPTS AND APPLY FOR A BANK LOAN.
