my Father had bought a flat in Mumbai after his demise the flat is on my Mothers name. I want to transfer it to my name and there is consennt of my brother & Sister and also the Mother. To get the said flat transfereed in a tax efficient way what are the documentation I need to complete and get it leggaly transferred on my name?

you have get it transfered in your name only by gift deed by your mother in your favour or settlement deed these are deeds by which you can get the propery transfered

and also your sister and brother has to execute gift deed or settlement deed.
