Pls tell me if officer give good instead of excellent , is officer is liable to give inwriting to employee that why your report is not excellent so that he or she may improve.

The appraisal format has to be signed by both line manager and employee and copy signed by both should be handed over to the employee on the spot.

The system and process is well defined in HR policies of the company and is well documented in communications issued before the process of appraisal is initiated.

If despite the clear process set out by the company you have observed variance, violation, you may highlight for resolution and escalate as per escalation matrix in your company.

If there is a work committee, grievance redressal committees……..approach them, and then finally o/o Chairman.

what prevents you from copming clear with the facts so that some workable advise can be given.
