Anticipatory bail - arrest - sec 494 420 120b

I have been charged under sec 494/420/120 B. FIR was registered in March 2016 on 16 of my family members. In 1st week of May 2016, I along with my father were arrested and remanded. Produced before the Hob'ble court. Court set us free stating police didnot follow the procedure of issuing notice under sec 41crpc.
Later we applied for anticipatory bail. It was dismissed stating, since were were arrested, there is no chance of a re arrest and for remaining, police should follow the said procedure of issuing notices. This was in May End.
In June, police sent us notices under 41crpc and we replied.Later to be on safer side, we again approached the magistrate court for anticipatory bail, citing that we were issued notices and there is possibility of arrest. This time too, our bail got rejected, now citing the sections.
My question is:
Can a re arrest be a made?
What could be the police action
what is the probability in high court?
Suggestions please

Approach high court for anticipatory bail as there is no purpose that needs to be served in keeping you in custody as no recovery is to be obtained from you.
