anticipatory bail for 307

hey brothers,

a case has been registered u/s 307 against an editor of newspaper, the incident is said to have taken place for a quarrel related to playing tape recorder by the neighbour , they allege that he had hit his neighbour with iron rod, and booked under 307 , v have filed for anticipatory bail, bail was rejected by the sessions now going to HC, so could u ppl please help me with a few citations related to anticipatory bail for 307 , the injury is a simple one but still the police have booked 307..............help me through....thanks in advance

Had you produced any doucment  in the session court to show that injured is not hospitalised, if not produce it in the high court and convince the court that injury is simple one.  Thatz all.

Yes nature of the injury is one of the main ingredients for attempt of murder. Without going through the FIR it is difficult to advise on points of submissions.
