anticipatory bail in false dowry case

The husband wants to divorce his wife and the wife will definitely make a false complaint to implicate the husband and his family in dowry and domestic violence cases. In such cases, can anticipatory bail be taken for those family members who live separately from the husband and wife, against whom false complaints are made and harassment is inevitable? Will the anticipatory bail granted by the court of the in-laws' house be valid in a complaint made in the parental city? Thank you.

The anticipatory bail application can be filed only after a criminal case is registered by police against them.

The AB application can be moved before jurisdictional sessions court or respective high court only.

It is just an apprehension that she will file such and such complaint / case(s). you are required to wait and watch.

In case there is any complaint is filed by wife, where you have apprehension of being arrested you may seek professional services of a local prudent lawyer for proper analyses of circumstances and proceeding, which is still premature, hypothetical and fabricated.
