Dear All....
I have transfer 1lac fund from my banksavings a/c to a friend to his bank saving a/c on line....inturn he has proposed to invest in finance company for small interest paybable monthly to one of my poor family person.
Now, the friend is not willing to pay me the principle as well as interest for the last 2yrs.
I have only proof of bank online transer to his a/c,and he do not have any evidence that he has invested the money to any financing co.
pls advise me recove this money thro legal action.
