Sir,
We are having 100 flat owners in Rajmangala Apartment. Out of this 60 are 3 bed room flat owners and 40 are 2 bed room flat owners. The three bed room flat owners are opting to fix maintenance charges equally since the maintenance charges are meant for lifting, security, water and sweeping and it is a common expenses. Whereas 2 bed room flat owners are not accepting the equal maintenance charges and they are demanding to fix maintenance charges on sq.feet basis. There is unhealthy trend is prevailing in the apartment.
