Is there any prescribed format for filling appeal under Order X Rule 6(5) of the Supreme Court Rules,1966. Is there any fee to be paid for that and how ? Where this appeal need to be filed ? Whether this appeal in chamber is heard and disposed off the same day it is filled. Is it necessary to enclose the certified copy of oder of the Learned Registrar (Judicial) refusing to register the SLP on defects not cured ground alongwith the appeal or simply enclosing the letter received from e-filling section is sufficient ? If the appeal is to be filed after 15 days, is it necessary to file a petition condoning the delay ?
