Appearance of accused

In a complaint case the accused is avoiding his appearance before the magistrate. However, he is appearing in other cases in other courts of the same district. The proceedings of PO in the complaint case are about to start. What may be the procedure to compel his appearance before the magistrate. Moreover, he has the date of appearance in other court is 3rd of August whereas the date for the complaint case is fixed as 10th of August.

Is there any procedure where the court of Magistrate can ask the other court to make him appear before it. Or any procedure of like manner.

Dear advocates, can you guide me? Your urgent help will be appreciated.

hi sir,

when the accused is evading appearance continiously   ,normally  the magistrate will issue NBW.

Once, warrant is issued, he can be got arrested by the police.and, if he influences the police and still evades the arrest, you can get the warrant by hand from the magistrate and get him arrested .
