Respected Seniors / Experts, We are willing to go for Layoff for one of our Transport Division a part of our Group company, which employs less than 100 workers, However one a General Demand is pending for the same Transport Div. in which the Trial Court / Industrial Court & High Court has held that the said Transport Division and Main Principle company are same, The Principle Company is a major Pharma Company of India which employes more than 6000 employees.
I need the experts advise on the above matter. Pl help.
