Arbitration act

  1. THE BUILDER IN THE SALES AGREEMENT IS WRITTING ABOUT THE ARBITRATION ACT .
  2. That any dispute with regard to captioned property, between the parties shall be the sole decision of Arbitrator appointed by the First Party under Arbitration Act.
  3. That is the first party does not execute the sale deed or failed to execute sale deed in favor of second party, the second party will have the right to get the sale deed executed through court of law at the cost and expenses of the first party.

should I sign it or consult my laywer THEY ARE NOT TALKING ABOUT the right of the buyer in consumer court .????
