Are court certified affidavit acceptable

Check the judgment of the Family Court, what it says about Child Custody or Terms and Conditions of agreement between both parties based on which Divorce by mutual consent petition moved and got decided thus dissolving marriage by decree of divorce. In either of these you can work out the issue relating to child custody in future.

Family Court Judgement mentions thats based on evidences submitted and both of our affidavit filed, divorcee is granted. No specific mention of child custody in the 13b HMA court order/decree (this was my concern). The 13b HMA petition was prepared based on the high court mediation agreement  and also the evidence affidavit clearly mention of child custody to me.

My question only is do I have to file for custody document/proof needed in the form of family court order, as its missed in the 13bHMA order

  or

the high court agreement  copy/certified affidavit along with 13B HMA decree can be used as evidence for my child future pursuits (passport, visa etc,.).
