Arrest warrant not served-foul play by police suspected

Arrest Warrant Not Served-Foul Play Suspected

It is an open secret how the Police System Functions in our System of Criminal Justice Administration without an iota of accountability

A Real Life Case : Honourable members requested to please contribute their valueable expertise

There is an arrest warrant (Bail Jump) against a Bank Manager in 138 NIA . The Bank Manager sits at a distance of 500 meters from the Police Station. After a lot of perusal the Constable goes to the Bank on 29th Dec 2016, with the warrant. However reports that the Manager applied for Medical Leave and leaves duty and then does not come back.

It is suspected that the constable allowed him this generosity or some oen else from the PS informed the Bank Manager

Queries:

What legal action can be taken in this matter to reach to the root of the matter??  Can an application be filed in the concerned Court to get the call details of the Bank Manager to ascertain if someone from the Police Station called him to make him alert and take this action.

Just inform about the criminal case to his Bank through their on line complaint portal or on pgrms portal.  He has to come for compromise.  Or visit the bank when he has reported to duty or establish contact with any of his employees, and then sit at police station and take the police with you.   We can not do any thing on suspicion, we can only think alternate ways to overcome such tactics.

Yes you can but how will it help you in this case.  This can be a cause of disciplinary action against a cop.

Focus on your issue.  Do not purchase new enemies and distract your attention.   Every one has his own weakness either police or some one.  Aim at the target.
