Just would like to have opinion on:
a) Can a Company vide a Board resolution authorize its Employee or any Manager to sign Agreements on behalf of the company related to Leave and Licence or Purchase or Sale of Property .
If Yes under what section of Companies Act??
or
Is there any provision that a Board resolution can be passed in favour of any Director only for signing Agreements on behalf of the company related to Leave and Licence or Purchase or Sale of Property ?? Please let me know ny specific section if available.
