I have a flat given by my father and has sale deed for rs 20 only
How do I get bank loan for renovation.Kindly advice for the required documents

you have to produce the sale deed, nil encumbrance certificate, property extract etc., to the bank. If the bank legalk advisor gave his favourable report then you will get the bank loan.

if a person buys land from government ( after government takes the land under the ULC Act and allot to the people), what proceedure he has to follow to get the rights over the property? how does he get the title deeds transfered on his name? can he mortgage the property with the bank ?
