I'm a banker and we have recently identified that couple of loan documents executed in 2022 were misplaced, hence we have again taken the missed documents from the borrower with backdate. The issue is the seal and sign ink slightly vary now. Would this cause any issue in the future if the documents were presented in court.

You have stated to have recreated loan file, let ink may differ, it is perfect.
Besides this, borrower has agreed to the loan, there is no issue / dispute / problem.
However, it is not a legal dispute for consideration and obligation of experts on this platform, it is advisable to avoid posting such time pass query, if Admin LCI has ignored.
