Basis to file the case under criminal intimidation

Hi,

could you pls provide your valuble suggestion  to file the criminal intimidation on Wife and their family members for false dowry case.498A was filled with witness of her father,mother,brother inlaw and family friend.since all are intresetd parties, cann't i file the case on criminial intimdation to file the case against all these members and ask to provide the evidenace they have to give the false statements.

you cannot charge your in-laws with criminal intimidation if you are under the ambit of 498-a(case already filed).

You can't charge your in -laws as 498A is already filed. Better to get AB first then think about it. Face the trial and get acquitted or go for quashing if your lawyer thinks fit the ground of quashing in HC u/s 482 of cr.pc
