We are facing a problem with the RR layout. RR layout secratary and his team had made few sites and sold to the peopel in 1992, now the BDA has aquired few vacant sites which are there in the layout and BDA says it comes in our survay nos and the same survey nos are reflecting in our sale deed asweel. BDA is showing the Gazzett copy of 1994 and showing that the survey nos belogs to BDA, Where as the society is showing the Gazzette copy of 1984 and it is showing as RR layout. What action should we take to get our sites back.
