I am seeking some great help and advise about SUITE for Partition. I am tried every amicable settlement to live peacefully.
Please share the knowledge what is a benami property, becaue my father trying to show the housing flat purchaced in my mothers (late) name. and also filed a partition suit against me. However my mother had earning, filling tax returns to show she has source of income.
Second, recently in newspaper a article, LAW has been enforced for senior citizens wef 1stOct'2009. My father under instigation of my elder brother looking every way to spoil my carreer and familiy. How do I stop it? Currently he is happiliy staying with my brother and have sound source of income and shelter.
How does oral will considered in court and affidavits by many people? Is there any enquiry or criminal case can be framed for affidavits.
