bias, negligent and corrupt police officers and judiciary

Bias and corrupt police officer has very much affected the judiciary, what do you think about it? They use to register the F.I. R or manipulate it as per the requirement of accused side Please write your opinion

The FIR report can be revised in court if the complainant has ojections to it. Before hearing the case the FIR report can be ascertained to be right or falacious.

it is not possible my ld. friend. there is no provision in Cr.P.C under which a Court of law allow to alter/ revise any FIR in any curcumstances. but i agree that  a lot of police officers are corrupt.
