Bombay high court appeal jurisdiction

Dear Fellow Advocates Friends,

I have a case of Marriage petition which was decided by C.J.S.D Thane. This is because family court Thane has jurisdiction only for the residents belonging to Thane. Residents of Navi Mumbai has to file petition in C.J.S.D. I want to know appelate court for C.J.S.D Thane? Your opinion and sgguestion with relevant citation would be really helpful.

please file it at the Bombay High Court which is located few yards from CST station. if your jurisdiction was daman and diu you would have to worry filing it before the bench sitting there. Hence your appellant jurisdiction must be the Bombay High Court and it will be made over to the concernrd bench.
