Dear sir
I am working in medium level company in delhi .I have sign the service bond of 2 years with the company , in which they taken two surety. company have give me training of 30 days, the salary i am geting is very less, there is no work, mostly i am on bench.i want to leave this job, but the company is asking me to pay 75000. I don't want to give money to the company,can anyone please help me, how i can break this bond and is this type of bond is legal.
there is one clause in which they say the issue is resolved by the artibriator appointed by the company
