Respected sir,
I am and my family including brother and sister victim of 498a. The case was filed in jan 2007. Right now trails are not started.
Due to this problem I invested all my earnings in my fathers property (constructed one more floor on the existing floor.) My brother is married and job less.
Now my brother is demanding that the house to be registered on his name. We are not agreed for that proposal and we estimated the property value and we ready to pay that amount because my parents are living in that house. But he is not accepted and left the house with his family.
Now he is saying that I will not attend the court hearings and two days back arrest warrant was issued. We requested but he is ready to go to jail and he will attend the court. He was so depressed. Some times we feel that he may commit suicide. What way we can proceed. Kindly help us.
