hi all expert, my father have 25 lakh proparty in village (a new constructed house , 400 sqm area). we are two brother and one sister ,father mother alive at present , that my brother's and her wife and 2-4 relative of her side write a stamp paper about proparty and cheats to my father and sign in the court ( 5 rupee stamp), my father don't know about this but he signature's on this paper ( kyonki unhe padna likhna nahi aata or aankhe b bahut kamjor hi) my question is " ki vo log court me kya hissedari ka case daal skte hi uss stamp paper ke behalf par , unhone stamp paper par khud ko third part ka hissedar likhwaya hi ( yani mere bhai or uski patni tissre hisse ke hakdar hi)
kya mere father usske khilafh koi case ya will registred kawa sakte hi , sari jamin ki registry mere father ke naam par hi or legaly unhone kisi ko trancfar nahi kiya hi ab tak
