Buyer not gave amount for my agricultural produce

happy morning, i am a farmer. sold groundnut total tune of rs. 2 lakh send by lorry transport. he was received the goods but amount not settled. his phone number not working now. i was gave complaint to sp office, villupuram. he was sent summon but not responding. pl give suggestion. as a farmer i am unable to take easy. thanks
