Buying SC/ST assignment land

The land was granted in 1924 to Harijan and it was the period for 10 years do not sale.&he sold the property in 1968 now I am planing to buy the property may I know whether it will come under ptcl act 1979

Dear sir, i m going to buy a resale proprty from st. This property located to muncipal area in jabalpur. And also it have tncp approvel. Property owner belong to st. Be purchase land during ploting in 2011 from general cat person. And he made house on that. Now he wants to sell it. Should i go to buy or not.

Hello lawyer community, I'm planning to buy a land of approx 1 heccre near hoskote Bangalore. It is SC/ST land and that land is granted to them before 50years ago. We are taking DC permission also. Is it advisable to purchase this land? What are the rules formed in government for buying SC/ST granted land? Please forum help me!
