Call recording in customer care

We are in process to set up quality standards in Customer Care department. For the same we need to record our calls at customer care department which can be used for quality and training purpose. Do we need to take any permission from any Gov body? What rules to be followed?

No permission is required.It is internal matters of your company.Directors concent is necessary
