Can bail be rejected if there is bailable section?

hello, if bailable section is slapped against an accused based on a particular allegation then can court reject bail application of such accused stating that the allegation contains sufficient materials of a non-bailable section?

If a non bailable section is there in FIR then bail depends on the decretion of the court please share the copy of fir to get detailed opinion.

Dear you are asking two things in a single question firstly bailable offence, where Hon'ble Court converted into non bailable offence after sufficient material on record.

firstly bail can be cancelled in bailable offence "on various ground one of them is contempt of court"

secondly after sufficent material on record the offence is converted into non bailable offence hence bail is automatically cancelled and you ask to your lawyer to get regular bail from the court as the nature of offence is converted in to non bailable offence.
