Can i file a consumer case against international agency

You have to complain to External Affairs Ministry, in turn the Ministry will contact the Embassy of Singapore situated in India.  The Embassy of Singapore will take action against the culprits.

In the interest of general public, can I make a few minutes video and post it on social media, exposing this organization and especially the individuals involved ( some Indians too). What precautions should I take legally to save myself from their counter fire, if any. Thanks in advance.
