Can I Take Permanent Injunction?

My adjacent neighbour in delhi is redeveloping his plot and creating lot of problem.

 

Can i take Permanent Injunction for the same. If yes then how much time the court will take to take the decision on the sam

in what way he is obstructing you is matters a lot? If you want an injunction then it is must that your rights are some way infridged by the other side.

actualy they continue construction in the night also

and they have damaged our WALL also

 

What you guys suggest in this?.

if they are damaging your wall or obstructing your light & air, or path then certainly you can get injunction order from court.
